Webmaster tools site speed not updating
This article tells the story of my attempt at meeting the challenge.
Our site was loading quite fast already, but we knew there’s always a way to make it even better.
But in this post, I am going to talk about what makes good web design on the backend—the code design and server architecture of a well-built, really fast website.
Specifically, I want to teach you some quick ways to gain speed using Google’s Page Speed module.
I’ll also go over what I did to improve my site’s performance, I’ll reveal my shocking score, why your site’s speed is still important, and a reasonable score you should try to achieve. Because page speed has become an ever increasing factor in getting visitors to stay on your site.
In 2009, Google conducted an experiment and found they lose 20% of their traffic for every 100ms of load time for a page.
